What we collect. If you use the launch notification form, we collect your first name, your email address, and — only if you choose to give it — your mobile phone number. We do not ask for anything else. We do not collect wallet addresses, and we never ask for a private key, a seed phrase, or a password. Nobody legitimate ever will.
Why we collect it. One reason only: to tell you when GGATE goes live on 10 November 2026, and to send occasional updates about the project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Legal basis. Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it. This site and its forms run on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores the submitted information on our behalf as a data processor. Email and SMS are delivered through their infrastructure.
How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe, or until twelve months after launch, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.
How to opt out. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Both take effect immediately.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will action it.
Cookies and analytics. This site runs on a third-party website platform that sets its own functional cookies — the kind needed for pages and forms to work. We do not currently run any additional analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this section will be updated to name them before they go live.
Children. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes. If this policy changes we will update the date at the top.
