What this site is. ggatecoin.com is an informational site for GGATE, a meme coin on the Solana blockchain. It is not a financial service, an exchange, a broker, or an investment platform.

Not investment advice, and not an offer. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any asset in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for your own decisions and for getting your own advice.

GGATE is a meme coin. It has no utility, no revenue, no product, and no roadmap of deliverables. It is not backed by any asset. Its price can go to zero and most meme coins do. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

No promises about price. We do not promise, project, or imply any return, appreciation, or future value. Any forward-looking statement anywhere on this site is opinion, not a commitment.

Team holdings. The team's holdings, vesting schedule and sale conduct are disclosed in full in the Sell Policy. Read it before you buy. In summary: the team holds 14%, bought on the open curve, locked for 33 days with no cliff, and after day 33 the team may sell any amount at any time without notice.

Who can use this site. You must be at least 18. You must not use this site where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

No affiliation with the Golden Gate Bridge. GGATE is an independent project. It has no affiliation with, endorsement from, sponsorship by, or connection to the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District, or any government body. All artwork on this site is our own original drawing. We do not use photographs of the structure.

Cards you make with our tool. The card maker lets you put your own words onto our artwork.

• The card design, the colour system and the GGATE name and marks are ours. You may use a card you make to post, share and repost, commercially or not, and you do not need to ask.
• The words are yours and so is the responsibility for them. Do not make cards that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexual, or that impersonate a real person or organisation. Do not make cards that give financial advice or promise returns.
• A card is not a statement by us. Cards made with this tool carry the @ggatecoin handle but are made by whoever typed them. We do not review them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for them.
• We may ask you to take a card down. We can change or withdraw the tool at any time.

Third-party links. Links to X, block explorers, exchanges and other sites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Site availability. This site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available, accurate, or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from buying, holding or selling GGATE.

Scams. We will never DM you first, never ask for a seed phrase or private key, and never run a “support” wallet-connect. The only official channels are ggatecoin.com and @ggatecoin on X. Anything else is not us.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when.
